We are currently looking for students and newcomers from different backgrounds to become Atlassian Experts. To get started, you should bring the below-mentioned relevant skills to perform the listed job duties.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• High analytical and logical perception of requirements.
• Autonomous way of working.
• Willingness to have a high learning curve.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Ability to understand business processes.
• Experience with Atlassian tools.
• ITIL Certification
The newcomers hired are part of a team that is providing support to our customers by acting as their Atlassian experts. Many different companies are moving to and using Jira in many different ways. Newcomers work together with and learn from our consultants and support staff. They will not only gain experience with the Atlassian toolset but moreover get insights into account management, requirements management, project management, sales, and much more. Collaborate on delivering projects and for all kinds of use cases. The ways we use Jira happen to be new and interesting, too; there is lots of room to be creative in this role.
