Pricing Update for STAGIL Issue Maps for Jira Cloud

Written by Sample Hubspot User | Nov 20, 2024 10:25:32 AM

Our app, 'STAGIL Issue Maps (Hierarchy graphs and Links dependency)' will transition to a paid subscription model starting on February 1st, 2025.

Why is this change happening?

Our dedication to empowering users with innovative features and reliable support has always been our top priority.

Looking forward, we've got some exciting plans in the pipeline, such as:

  1. More control over issues on the map canvas, such as:

    1. Managing issue links

    2. Manage and display wide variety of Jira’s system and custom fields

  2. Dashboard gadget and more configuration options to filter and group issues

  3. Integration with Confluence and more display style options

To bring our app to this new level and maintain the standards expected by our users, we must transition to a paid subscription model. This change will help us to dedicate more resources to development and support, allowing us to continue providing top-notch features and reliable service.

How will the change be deployed?

To enforce the change, our team will release a new version of the app. This new version will require a manual update from your Jira administrator in UPM.

Can I continue using the app with a free license?

The app remains free for Jira instances with up to 10 users. For larger user tiers, please note that following this transition, we will discontinue maintenance and support for the free version. Some functionality and integrations with other products may not work, and we cannot guarantee that the app will be fully secure.

Will this affect the 30-day free trial?

No. We will continue to offer a free 30-day trial for all user tiers.
