      STAGIL Workflows and Fields version 1.0.38: New Features and Improvements for Confluence Server and Confluence Data Center

      STAGIL has released a new version of its Workflows and Fields app for Confluence Server and Confluence Data Center, bringing exciting new features and improvements to enhance your user experience.

      New Features:

      • Option to remove a workflow from a single page (in a Sync per page mode): With this new feature, you can now remove a workflow from a single page without affecting the other pages in the space.

      • Option to show draft version to users without page edit permission: This feature allows users without edit permission to view the draft version of a page, which is particularly useful for those who need to approve or review content.

      • Show attachments embedded in default attachment macro in the youngest version older than the page version: This new feature allows users to view the attachments embedded in the default attachment macro in the youngest version older than the page version.

      • Show Jira fields on Confluence page without Confluence authentication (technical Jira reader user): This feature enables users to view Jira fields on Confluence pages without requiring Confluence authentication, as long as they have a technical Jira reader user account.

       

      Improvements:

      • Improved design of Workflow Status button: The Workflow Status button has been redesigned to improve its visibility and ease of use.

      • Show information under "Issue fields" if user has "Browse project" permission and issue security level (but does not have edit permissions on the Jira issue): This improvement allows users with "Browse project" permission to view information under "Issue fields" even if they do not have edit permissions on the corresponding Jira issue.

      • If restrictions custom fields are added to the project in Jira (view and edit screens), then in the Confluence page restriction dialogue they are read-only: With this improvement, custom fields that are added to the project in Jira (view and edit screens) are now read-only in the Confluence page restriction dialogue.
